The Lakewood Roto-Rooter service was beyond great! It turned out I needed kitchen pipes replaced as well as drains unclogged. Additional crew members (plumbers) were at my house within 20 minutes and had the job completed in less than 1.5 hours. I definitely recommend this service. THANK YOU! more

I had a roto-rooter plumber come from Tacoma, to fix my clogged sink that my husband was not able to fix. He was here by 8 and we very informative. He was a very nice man and he got my sink non clogged. I very happy with his service. more

Called because of a leaking drain pipe. Ended up with a whole new main drain and piece of mind for years to come. The plumber was fast, efficient, and didn't mind the drive from Tacoma. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbing, 01-07-14\r My toilet was blocked inside with a little flashlight. When I flushed everything would just come up and get backed up and wouldn't flush all the way through. So every time I flushed I had to use a plunger to make it go down. The Roto-Rooter plumber, John within ten minutes retrieved the flashlight down in the toilet and unclogged the toilet. Made it look so easy. Now our toilet works good again, and for a good price. He was friendly and did good work. I would call Roto-Rooter again for any other plumbing problems and definitely recommend their service to friends and family. more

I had a blocked septic drain that caused a back up and overflow in my basement. I called Roto Rooter and a plumber was quickly dispatched. He arrived very promptly and fixed the problem, very efficient and professional and I would definitely use again. more

I had a plugged shower drain and waste water was backing up from the upstairs plumbing and garbage disposal. I called the plumber at Roto-Rooter in Tacoma at approximately 8:30 am on 12/18/2013. Jerrimy Healy, the service plumber, arrived at approximately 1:30 pm. He immediately determined what the problem was and explained to me the process in fixing the problem. He also explained about the Roto-Rooter liquid solution to place in the drains and I bought a bottle. Thanks for the good work Jerrimy and Roto-Rooter. more
