Thankfully this company understands your cry for help & usually has their serviceman right out. Ive had many problems with items going down the toilet, cars, hair picks, etc. & Roto Rooter has been right there. They do have you pay at the time they are at your residence so be prepared to have that ready. The servicemen have always been very pleasant as well as the office staff that schedules your service time.
