Although the service men were friendly - nothing was organized. I needed a camera and the first service guy told me his was broken and after he cleared the line he would have another tech come by and camera the line - that the tech should call me that afternoon or the next morning. No call for 2 days so I called roto-rooter back and they said I had to schedule another appointment - so they set me up for Friday, then they couldn't make it, then Saturday, then they were running behind, then finally Sunday the camera guy shows up. But then I get a call while the tech was there saying he was running late and then the following wednesday another service guy calls and says he got an email from our first service guy to come camera the drain. Pipes cleared and polite service men just no one knows what is going on.
