Called Roto-Rooter in Gainesville FL to fix my clogged garbage disposal. The person who answered and set up my appointment was very nice and had someone come out that day to fix it. The plumber, Matt, was friendly and quick fixing my sink and taught me how to deal with the problem in the future. Overall I am very happy with their service. more

I needed again the Roto-Rooter service for another piping job; again the service was outstanding. I have only good words for the in field tech Matt who is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and punctual. On top of this, if he could save you money by buying stuff directly, he will do it!\r I was completely satisfied with their service. more

So grateful that Roto Rooter has 24/7 hours. They came out on a Saturday at the time they gave us. The first service Tech. videoed the plumbing and we thought it was fixed. But the drain line was still stopped up. Another service tech came on Monday and the line was cleared and all is working well now. Thank you again for your friendly service. more

I was very impressed with Matt's efficient and friendly service. There is a convenient online service to set up an appointment. I had two clogged drains and a broken sink. \r No problems at all. I would definitely recommend this company. more

Good, friendly service. Convenient Saturday hours for those of us who work. There was some initial confusion about appointment date/time, but was handled very courteously. One issue unfortunately. Several hours after toilet was fixed, I found water all over the floor. Apparently, a screw at the bottom of the toilet was not tightened and thus, was leaking. I tightened it myself, and it seems ok now. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/4/2012

The plumber was very knowledgeable and met and exceeded all my expectations. I call roto-rooter to locate my drain lines in my basement prior to starting my basement finishing project. Not only did he locate my drain lines, he discovered an issue with one of the lines that need to be fixed prior to starting anything. If he had not discovered this, it would have been very costly in a few months. The plumber showed up on time, was very professional, and took the time needed to do the job and answer my many questions. more

Roto-Rooters - honest, reliable and fast service. 1/20/2012

I called Roto-Rooters about our blocked drainage. The technician was able to come out rather quickly and was very punctual: I was told he would come between 2:30 and 4:30 and he came at 3. He was extremely honest and upfront about potential costs, etc. Thank you very much - for a very honest, reliable and fast service. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbing 1/13/2012

I have had varied results from using different plumbers in Gainesville. I had an emergency flooded bathroom at night and called them since I knew someone would answer 24/7. They took my information politely and a technician was sent out within 40 min. It was late and the plumber I was sent was very courteous, listened to my concerns and I was honestly pleased with him. I told him that due to another flood issue I had 2 years ago, I was particularly sensitive to further damage and floods. He took extra precaution as he took out my toilet, walked back and forth on the wood floors, etc. It was as clean a job as he could make it.\r The negative is that this was fixed for a week and I have had the same toilet overflow again tonight. I have called Roto-Rooter to come out tomorrow for I think they will need to go even further than their initial 90 feet to clear the line. I will hope to have the same professional experience with them.\r more

I used roto-rooter as a plumber in Gainesville for backed up showers and sinks. I was a little on edge about the $253 but was relieved that there is a 6 month guarantee. I would probably use Roto-Rooter again. more
