Our sump pump went out and had a terrible smell. We called them right away and within the hour Jared arrived and replaced the pump. Thanks Roto Rooter.

Frank was on time, professional, pleasant, and fast. However, this was a minor job (snaking a shower drain) that took 30 minutes for which we were charged $219.00. This...

Overpriced. Paid $370 to get my PVB replaced and then found out a week later that my friend's landscaper (as well as many others) was running a special for $190 since so many people have PVB problems in the winter. Roto-rooter wouldnt price match and gave ZERO assistance when my water bill mysteriously tripled after they ""fixed"" my problem!!! Do your homework, get multiple quotes....Call someone else! more

Johnny was incredible. I called when our system backed up into the house. First I was told it would not be till the next day. After pleading for mercy and help I was told it would be late in the evening, after 7 p.m., but they would try. He actually showed up around 5 p.m., had the problem fixed within half an hour. Very clean, very courteous. He's the only one I want back to handle my homes needs. Thank You Roto Rooter and Johnny. more

I had a broken water pipe that needed immediate attention. Within 30 minutes, I had Johnny R. out here and he gave me a good price and did an excellent job fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this place of business to anyone in need of dependable repairs. more

We had a sudden clog in the main drain pipe late in the afternoon and a tech arrived 2 hours later as promised. The technician was very professional and well informed. This is the second time we've used Roto-Rooter and continue to get the same great service as the first time. Will call again! more

I had a terrible water leak in my garage from my water conditioning unit. I called Roto-Rooter plumber in North Las Veas, NV. The scheduling people were polite and extremely helpful. They scheduled me right away and gave me a time that the technician would be at my door. The technician arrived 15 minutes early (he called to make sure I was at home and available before coming early). He was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the leak repaired within a half an hour. The rates were excellent and he left my garage cleaner than when he got there. I can't say enough about roto-Rooter and their employees. They will be my plumbing company for years to come. more

Jared came out to our house within 30-40 minutes of when I called Roto-Rooter. The woman who took down my information was kind and courteous. Jared was friendly, funny & knowledgable. He knew exactly how to check the drains for the presumed toy that our 18 month old flushed down the toilet. He discovered it was a rubber bouncy ball and informed us we would need a new toilet. He gave us a reasonable estimate. Thank you so much! more

I was very impressed with the knowlege and professional attitude of the people I talked to at the office (Ashley) and the plummer that came too my house (Jonathan). Even thought it was a small problem that I just did not want to deal with he did not make me feel like an idiot. He took care of the problem explained everything to me and cleaned up after he was finished. Also they gave me a bottle of Residential drain care pipe shield it's organic won't harm pet's or kid's. This is a 5 star business! more

After my son had cleaned up and took a shower we discovered a water leak in ceiling under bathroom. I called \r roto-rooter and about 30 minutes later David #208 arrived.\r I told him that shower was leaking. He cut a small hole in \r ceiling to verify it was shower. It turned out to be toilet. The wax ring was improperly installed when new new title was installed in bathroom. David showed me the ring and damaged area. I had him inspect the other two bathrooms\r and sure enough the rings were not installed correctly. They were not leaking (yet). I asked David if he would install wax rings like that and he said no. So I told him to go ahead and do a David install. Great service and I would call again. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/6/12. Complete panic at 6am! I broke the handle off the shower knob and water is flowing nonstop. I've never had to call a plumber before so I was in a state of panic. I just looked for ""24-hour"" in the directory listings and saw a name I recognized; Roto-Rooter. I crossed my fingers that I wouldn't have to sell my first-born child in order to pay for this emergency call. Not only was it affordable, but our plumber was kind, courteous, professional, and had a nice sense of humor (even though I awoke him). more

Excellent service! 7/16/2012

[July 2012] Once again, excellent Las Vegas plumbers! Recently, my master toilet began making a hissing leaking sound. So I decided to replace the toilet mechanism with the same Fluidmaster mechanism that they installed in my first toilet in October. David arrived with the hour, he replaced the flushing mechanism, and fixed an additional leak in the tank. Very nice work in just an hour! While the cost was a bit pricier than I expected, I think it was worth it for the overall professionalism and convenience. Thanks David! \r \r [October 2011] Excellent service! One day, I noticed an external leak where the water line connects to the front of my house. So I scheduled a repair (plus I added a leaky toilet, why not) for the next morning. Mark C arrived within the hour I scheduled, he replaced the leaky pipe section, plus the foam covering outside, then afterwards he replaced the ancient toilet mechanism. Very neat clean work, both jobs, in only a couple hours. No more leaks or hisses! Friendly professional demeanor with some sci-fi taste too, haha. Thanks Mark! more

My first experience with roto rooter was on Thursday May 17. I called at approx 9:15am. And a roto rooter man was at my door just a few minutes past 10:00 am. Found my problem within ten minutes and told me my options. He also gave me an estimate. That way if i wanted I could have called for a second opinion or shop prices. It takes the pressure of having to decide at the moment. He was very professional and polite. Didn't try to push or rush me into anything. He also gave me a lot of ideas and helpful things to do to prevent future problems. No one wants to have a plumming problem thats gonna cost some money, but when you do its nice to have a professional and polite company(tech) at your door. All in all it was a very good experience. I did some shoping around and roto rooter is very competitively priced. In the end i went with roto rooter and will in the future. I feel they deserved my business! more
