Roto-rooter of Smithtown sent a plumber, Tim #3745 to help with our leaky sink. He did an quick and neat job. He told me the costs up front and the pricing was fair. I was very happy with the quick turn around time and the service. I would definitely use them again! more

An emergency call resulted in Tim #3745 arriving at our door within an hour. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have used Roto-Rooter in the past and have always received excellent and expeditious service. Great job once again!! more

Today I used a plumber from the Smithtown NY location of roto rooter. The plumber I had today was a trainee and he was great! He was very nice and knew a lot about my sink and all the pipes in my house, it was a different from other houses bc we had an extension on our kitchen so the pipes were very hidden. Roto rooter is great I've used then in the past and plan on using them for all my plumbing needs!! more

My kitchen sink clogged on Christmas Day night and backed up through my washing machine drain and flooded my laundry room and pantry. After trying to clear it myself with a manual drain snake, I called another plumber that wanted an extra $300 just to show in maybe 3-4 hours, or come the next day in the afternoon. more

They came through AGAIN! 2/19/2012

After having Roto-Rooter fix an EXTREMELY clogged sink back in December .. there was no other choice in my mind when I needed a plumber recently. more
