Roswell Auto Brokers

We bought a car from them & within the first 100 miles the check engine light came on. We brought it back & they said it was the catalytic converter & we would have to pay half, our half was $250. We paid $8000 for the car! My mechanic said they probably turned the check engine light off & it would've stayed off for about a hundred miles, I do believe they knew about this problem. We need 2 more cars in this family, but we're not buying from them! $250 is stopping them from making thousands more, what dummies!!! more

My son a car from them last month. It was the best experience we had and we went to a lot of car lots. No pressure, no problems, and no complaints. It's the only place we went where we weren't stalked by sales people. more

wouldn't tell anyone about this place. This is the worst service I have ever seen, heck I've seen better service provided by state prisoners on the side of the highway! I went to the Roswell Auto Brokers car lot in White Georgia (located in Bartow County) 3 times, with the intent to buy, and all 3 times NOONE came out to greet me, say hello, kiss off, or anything. I will never buy a vehicle from that place or any of their other locations even if they offered my a free vehicle. The only good thing about this dealership is a guy named Lee at the Cartersville location, at least he came out and tried to help me but thanks to those lazy people over at the White location, Lee lost a sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONES NEEDS AT ALL more

I've been looking for a car now for a couple of months and no one has tried to take advantage of me like this yet! I looked at one of the cars thinking it would be a pretty good buy, considering the interior and hood were in HORRIBLE condition, but instead it was OVERpriced by $2,000!!! They did not have the carfax or autocheck for it. I was very disappointed to say the least, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. more

We have bought our past 3 vehicles from Martin Shimp and referred all of our family and friends to go there as well. They have the cleanest automobiles in north georgia or the metro atlanta area. Very friendly group , Sindy and Martin are a wonderful team. Pros: nice vehicles with low costs, stand behind the cars they sell , got our tag in less than week Cons: none come to mind more
