Horrible customer service 7/16/2008

They are the most unresponsive, unprofessional, ""pass the buck"" homeowners association I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Not to mention expensive! I don't mind paying $$ for good service but to pay for the treatment they give is unacceptable! I do not recommend. Pros: I have not experienced any Cons: Too many to list more

wrong address for violations, billed for violation anyway, no return call back for explaination, unfair lousy service in general! more
