Rossi's Towing

My vehicle was towed by police order for the alarm going off. I don't believe that could have happened, but Rossi's got the vehicle. I wasn't notified for three days. And because of complications with ownership, they wouldn't release the car. \r Anyway, now Rossi's has charges totalling $1200 and growing. They are planning to lien sale the vehicle and say I'll owe the difference of $5660\r after the sale unless I opt for an ""amnesty"" payment of $825 and sign the vehicle over.\r This amounts of legalized thievery in my book. more

Danger - This is business will rip you off! They are not a body shop. After an accident AAA dispatched one of their tow trucks to assist us. The driver lied about not actually being a body shop. When we found out they were a scam, they refused to release my car to me. They held my car for 4 days, charging $85 per day as ""storage fees"". The first day of ""storage"" was for 1 hour between 11pm and midnight! I had to pay the ransom and have the car towed to a legitimate body shop to be repaired. I have complained to AAA and the local police who are investigating. Rossi's has had numerous other complaints. They are crooks and extort money from people who should be treated as costumers. Never let them get ahold of your vehicle. more
