Rossetti Optique

I actually found this place by reading reviews at citysearch. Pros: customer service, you wil not be just a number Cons: website was a little much and I thought this would be a very expensive ""boutique like"" place more

After receiving a flyer on my front door I decided to take a trip to Rossetti Optique. As soon as I walked into the business I felt extremely welcomed. The customer service was impeccable. The young owners were very perfessional and at the same time very personable. Once my eye exam was finished I was able to browse Rossetti's great selection of designer frames. Roberto was very efficient in helping me decide on the right pair for me. I did not feel like any ordinary customer, I was treated as a friend. I was not rushed or coerced into buying just any pair of frames. I highly recommend their services. I will definitely be visiting Rossetti Optique again in the future. more

Took my dad to have a glasses prescription (from elsewhere) filled. Prescription for bifocals. Product purchased in the end was a pair of light, titanium bifocals, with transitional lenses (turns darker in bright light). We were the only customers at the time. Umberto, the owner, was the only one there and gave us great personal service. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about his products (and insurance policies too, which is nice). We were able to decide what we wanted in a relaxed atmosphere. He made good recommendations, but no pressure. Same courteous service when we went back to pick up the glasses a week later. They seem very well made. I am very glad to have stumbled on this local store. The store just opened a few months ago; I hope it continues to do well and able to offer the same pleasant, personal attention to its customers. Doesn't seem like there is a huge inventory but pretty good and everything was tidy and well set up. Highly recommend. more

I've bought from Rossetti Optique my last reading and sun glasses. I am very pleased by both the products for the design and for the material their made of, they're very light , you almost don't feel them , and they're also very resistant. I tend to accidentally trow my glasses (especially my reading one) on the floor all the time so for me is very important to find something durable, that doesn't break easily. And those are the ones! Pros: great price and quality. great costumer service Cons: didn't find any more
