We were up visiting from Chicago and decided to try this newer restaurant in Springfield. We were impressed with the menu but right off the bat the service was not the best. Our Filet was great and cooked medium rare as requested. The beet salad was excellent (I would add some candied walnuts and pears to it). I tried our friends double cut pork chop and it was cooked perfect. With that said, any restaurant wanting to stay in business needs good food but where many restaurants fail is the service and this is where the big miss was this visit.
