Ross is a bargain lover's paradise, but you have to mentally prepare yourself to shop here. The store is woefully understaffed and there's not a lot of good customer service. I barely recommend this particular store anymore.\r

On a recent trip with one cash register open, I counted five employees huddled near the front of the store (including the manager) chuckling and chatting away. The one improvement they've made is having one line for checking out so you just go to the next available register. \r

The fitting rooms are just plain gross. I think they use ""stinky feet"" scented air freshener and half of the doors are broken.\r

That said, I still check this place out a few times a year when I'm in the neighborhood and I hardly ever walk away empty-handed. I've found consistently found great shoes and home decor items. And for the holidays, you'd be hard pressed not to come out with some great-but-inexpensive gifts. \r
Pros: Great Prices, Interesting Finds
Cons: It's a Pigsty and Understaffed
