Honest, Dependable and good service. 7/27/2007

I have used Ross Avenue since the early 1990's. I have always found their service to be very affordable and dependable. They call with an estimate, and they are usually right. Several years back I took my car to the dealer and they said it would cost around $900.00 to repair, I took it to Ross to get a second opinion, and they ended up repairing the problem for less than a $100.00. If you know nothing about cars (and I don't), these are not the type of guys who will lead you down the wrong road. From my perspective, they have always treated me like they would want to their own wives or daughters treated - these guys are fair, trustworthy and honest. more

Good, honest mechanic 9/19/2006

I've taken my car here several times, and they do good work at reasonable prices. Found them on the Car Guy's web site, based off good reviews there. If you bring in your car, and live nearby, they'll give you a ride back home and come get you when your car is ready. Friendly, honest, and definitely recommended. Pros: Quick, friendly, honest Cons: Don't expect an espresso machine or a fancy lobby. :-) It's old school, but I kinda like that better than fancy dealerships anyway. more
