I recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 and a 2012 Honda Accord from Rosner Volvo of Fredericksburg and surprisingly had a really good buying experience for a change. The GM Mr. Glenn and my sales person, Kathleen, were both great to deal with, very friendly and professional, and the Finance Mgr. David made the transaction process smooth. I felt I received a very good deal on both vehicles and you cant' beat the free life time oil changes, annual inspection and a few other perks that they offer when you purchase a vehicle from them...not too mention, they even topped off both vehicles with gas, which is a rarity these days...they were just all around a class act. I'm very likely going to purchase my next car (my 1st Volvo) from them down the road! more

BUYER BEWARE 11/6/2011

Fowl 1st let me say that I don't read many other reviews as you can see below these are done by staff every couple of days. The fact is they sold us a new car and we had problems almost immediately.. We had an older Volvo and decided to trade in and due to issues starting to the service dept informed us of other potential issues to bump up sales in their service dept so we decided to trade in the old car for a new one. Much to our disappointment we were sold a brand new car with problems. The facts are they didn't disclose the new car and how they are now made differently from software to engines from other companies.. The fact is they are not made like they used to be and are not safe as they once were as shown in .. Sorry but you have lost me! more

All employees involved in the deal did exactly as they had said they would since this deal was done over the phone. The only visit to the dealer was to sign and drive :) thats what I call service and credibility! more
