I generally have great service at Rosner which is why I continue to come back. The people who check me in are courteous and knowledgeble and I appreciate that. I don't feel as though I being given something I don't need. more

The first gentleman who met me and took the key from me was very nice and polite. He called me when the car was ready using soft and respectable tone. He seems like a new staff. I really like the service and I am looking forward to go back for my next service. more

HORROR STORY 11/6/2011

Fowl 1st let me say that I don't read many other reviews as you can see below these are done by staff every couple of days. The fact is they sold us a new car and we had problems almost immediately.. We had an older Volvo and decided to trade in and due to issues starting to the service dept informed us of other potential issues to bump up sales in their service dept so we decided to trade in the old car for a new one. Much to our disappointment we were sold a brand new car with problems. The facts are they didn't disclose the new car and how they are now made differently from software to engines from other companies.. The fact is they are not made like they used to be and are not safe as they once were as shown in .. Sorry but you have lost me! more

Bought my Tundra in Fredericksburg in August, and I have no complaints. Bout time for my second oil change and cant beat the Rosner rewards, cause I wont have to pay a thing for the oil change, and tire rotation, motor guaranteed for life, I could go on and on about how wonderful everything is more
