Before I went to Rosita's, I heard some incredible things about it. After going there at least 3 or 4 times, I've come to the conclusion that we really only go there for the experience of sitting on the patio and watching the boats go by. The food is ""eh"" at best, plain Mexican food and every time I've eaten there I've felt there could be something done better. The salsa usually tastes like marinara sauce, but the service has always been excellent and I love sitting outside.
Pros: Great service, attentive staff, wonderful patio & interior, good drinks.
Cons: Average food, lame condiments (sour cream & salsa), slightly expensive.
