While the taste of the food was good, the heart attack on a plate cooking style is way too rich for anyone. Also, at these prices, the selection should include eco friendly fish and locally raised organic meats. The service from the valet parking to the servers (How shall I put it?) sucked! While the hostess was great, the others must have been trained serving Big Macs. Very disappointing, given the fanfare over Chef Rios' relocation to the Anasazi. At least we didn't waste a Saturday night here.
