Rosewood Bed & Breakfast Inn

It has been a while since I stayed at the Rosewood but I would go back any chance I had. The Thorsens were so welcoming. The breakfasts were unique and delicious and any needs (vegetarian, no dairy, etc.) were taken into consideration for your breakfast. It was nice, quiet and peaceful (I stayed over Christmas so I guess it wasn't too busy). The Rosewood is lovely, too, and at Christmas each room had a tree or two. Hasting is a cute town and not too far from the Twin Cities. I had originally planned to stay in the Thorwood but it was reserved so the Thorsens worked out everything to stay at the Rosewood instead. I must say staying at Rosewood was one of the best vacations I've ever had. more

So many small details made our stay perfect. The innkeeper helped make everything a suprise birthday for my husband. Prepared everything before he got there. From dinner to putting our things in our room ahead of time. She gave us thetour of the whole house not giving away the surprise until we got to our room. We had the whole attic! Mississippi was the coolest, biggest, coziest room I have ever stayed in. The hot tub the skylights, the breakfast in bed! If only we could have stayed 2 nights. More reason to go back. My favorite part? The journals in the room. You can read about each persons experiences and add your own.
