I ordered a 400.00 PROM dress for my 17 year old daughter online and was told that I would get an email in 24 hours 48 hours later no email and they hit my card right away. I called and was told by Debbie that they did not have it in stock but the warehouse they order from might and they would call me the next day, next day came no phone call no email. I called again, no one could tell me anything, called the next day was told it was shipping on the 27th of April and would arrive on May 2nd, cool finally an answer. May 2nd called the store only to find out no, it was shipping to them not to me. My need and request date was May 2nd.... so now had to have it over nighted so my daughter can have it in time. To top it off I spoke to the manage Amy and was not yelling or swearing even though I sure felt like it and she hung up on me. They screwed up and Amy the store manager hangs up on me and I was being calm. I called back, Debbie answers and Amy won't take my call. I will keep you posted if it is here in time for prom. 400.00 is a lot of money and apparently business is so good they can treat people badly and still stay in business. I am a small business owner and bend over backwards to make sure my services are above the industry norm. They are horrible
