when our beautiful V50 required its scheduled maintenance. Being on vacation in Virginia, we debated whether to trust a dealer other than our own with out beloved V50. We decided to try rosenthal fairfax Volvo. We came in without an appointment expecting to be turned away and end up with nothing, but we were surprised. the service manager got our V50 in and we even got a loaner car, a rarity among other Volvo dealers considering very few dealers even have loaners anymore. Our car was done quickly and we picked it up the next day. In addition, we walked around the showroom and admired models newer than ours. the salesman informed me of some car features and was quite kind. It is fine employees like these men who make my mother and I believe that the only cars we will ever want to own are Volvos. Rosental Volvo flawlessly personifies Volvo's company values. I get my license in November 2009, and I promise that when the time comes for my Volvo, it will be from Rosenthal Fairfax Volvo. more

Fairfax volvo service has one of those mechanic shops that does not pull any tricks, gives you good advice and is relatively cheap. Having had a few bad experiences with Volvo mechanics in Va. Md. the place I go since 2.5 years and I've had nothing but good things to say about it. Highly recommended. more

When my family and I decided to buy the new Volvo suv, we shopped around at several volvo dealers. We found our best deal at Fairfax Volvo and saved an extra $500. Even though they did not have the car at the time, they found it for us the next day and we went to pick it up that night. If they had the car, we would gave them 5 stars. more
