We had a tricky situation and we're pretty bummed about it, but once Brad showed up things got resolved quite quickly. He was pleasant and knowledgable and got our water heater into a tight space without grumbling about it. The young man working with him was also polite and professional. We will call Rosentgal plumbing again. more

Routine check up 3/24/2016

We recently had the guys from Rosenthal Plumbing come out and check the plumbing that runs through our home. These guys were very responsive especially considering that this was just a routine check up, which I appreciated. The guys they sent out were very professional and friendly and they made sure everything was running right. They gave us the all clear and we continued our lives business as usual. Their responsiveness really impressed me though and if we ever needed some help with a plumbing emergency, these are the guys we would call from now on! more

Professional and helpful. 3/16/2016

Rosenthal Plumbing has done work on my bathroom and redid some plumbing for my bathroom. They have also helped me with things like kitchen clogs before, they come right away and do a great job. They show up on time and really professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others. more

I have been a customer in the past and will be in the future but this time the plumber was unable to fix the problem and he explained why, I accept his explanation. I was charged $350.00 even though the problem still exists. That didn't seem fair to me. more

Rosenthal is always professional and they have the best looking trucks in the industry. The work was done to my satisfaction but there were some complications. 2/11/2016

When the technician arrived I was told that it would cost $500.00 to clean out the single sewage pipe I needed cleaned (NOTE: the clean out is located outside the house). I didn't think I should have to pay more than $40 or $50 to have this simple task done. I told the technician that I would have to call someone else in because it was too expensive. That is when he decided to go with the lower cost. In the end he agreed to do the work for $100.00 even though I had a $50.00 certificate form the news paper. It seems that everyone that services this area where I live charges much more because of the location. I believe that everyone should be charge and treated equal and maybe add in a cost for distance traveled, to make up the time it takes to get to a specific location. The next time I have a sewage issue or need work done I will cali in three companies for bids. more

Can't go on roof 2/11/2016

Respectful and efficient technician was able to verify with video my sewer lateral was clear but it sure would've been nice if he could've run a snake from the roof vent. Due to whatever liability issues he wan't allowed on the roof. Inflated estimate they sent out for unnecessary repairs after inspection is counterproductive to my proving my case with the city that it isn't my issue that caused overflow. more

Terrible Experience 2/11/2016

We had to call in four times to get our bids and we presented a coupon at the time of purchase and it was not applied. It took them 10 days to get us our bids and I didn't find out about the overcharge until I got my statement. Worst experience ever! more
