AMAZING EXPERIENCE 11/23/2008

I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE IMPRESSED WITH A DEALER THAN I WAS WITH ROSENTHAL CHRYSLER DURING THE PROCESS OF MY CAR BUYING. FROM THE SALES STAFF TO THE MANGMENT AND THE LOT PORTERS TO THE FINANCE DIRECTORS. THERE WAS A SENSE OF TEAM WORK AND HONESTY. MAYBE I CAME ON A GOOD DAY, WHO KNOWS BUT I GOT A GREAT CAR WITH GREAT PRICING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL FOR SURE TELL EVERYONE OF MY FRIENDS ABOUT IT. more

Chrysler service 10/26/2008

The staff at Rosenthal chrysler are top-notch. I found them on yahoo local search and thought I would give them a try. The service was good and they took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand and even took the time to point out the items on my car so I could decide for myself what things I wanted done first. more

Easy people to conduct business with 8/4/2008

After submitting a quote request on Edmunds.com, I was very quickly contacted by Chuck Patch by email. Chuck was honest and straightforward and gave me a lease quote that was much lower than the competition's offer. He did not waste my time and just provided a great car at a great price. If only his attitude was the standard for the industry, people wouldn't feel like they were always getting taken advantage of by car salesmen. more

My husband and I were very pleased with the friendliness, knowledge and experience of the staff at Rosenthal Chrysler. They salesman and finance department worked very hard to make us happy buyers. We purchased a 2008 Chrysler Sebring. This is the first car that I have ever owned that gets 25 plus miles per gallon. I don't think that I have every had a easier car buying experience. We told them what we wanted and they found exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to everyone at Rosenthal Chrysler that made this easy deal the best one ever made! more
