craigslist buyer 11/8/2010

I called Arlington Mazda about a rare Mx5 they were selling on craigslist. the salesman did his best to make sure my questions were answered. The next morning he sent a reminder call to make sure that I was given a sure opportunity to see the car before shopped them around. Every one was great and teamed together to help give me the best first automotive buying experience. They didn't take advantage of the fact that it was my first time at a dealership but instead guided me through it all and explained everything in detail. After I bought the car they even called a few days later to check up on how I was dealing with everything. I deffinately recommend Rosenthal Arlington Mazda to my readers who are looking to buy a car. more

this dealership was one of the very best with whom we have ever dealt with: knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and patient. Although the salesman was thoroughly professional, he didn't FEEL like an aggressive salemen who was trying to push or steer us into a deal -- that kind of person always turns us off decisively. more

No matter what employee I speak with, I was always greeted with a smile, a friendly hello and a clear explanation of what is happening with my vehicle. great service 6/7/2009

I was asked to write a quick review about arlingotn mazda by service advisor based on my experiences here, and I wanted to provide an excellent review of the service department. I made an appointment online, they called shortly after to confirm. The service advisor was friendly, courteous, called to let me know as soon as the car was done, offered a loaner if needed, all in all, great to work with. I would deal with the Service Department at Arlington Mazda any time. more

fixed it right the first time!! 4/4/2009

Had my Mazda Speed 6 in at another dealer for a stalling issue at idle. They could not fix it after 3 trys !! Went to Arlington Mazda, called me 5 hours later and told it was fixed. I did not believe them....well they fixed it and now they are my dealer. Great service, nice people. You can't ask for more. more

I bought a really nice mazda 3, The price was resonable and the selection was decent. I Shopped them around and ended up back at rosenthal Mazda since i couldn't find a better deal other places. more

Lowest price on used miata 10/22/2008

Just picked up a used Mazda Miata with 23k miles on it from Arlington Mazda. The one they had was in excellent condition and cost me less than some other ones that were not as good of shape. more

Mazda miata service 10/12/2008

I have been taking my mazda miata to the service people at Arlington Mazda since I moved to Virginia recently. My experience with them has been a very good one. This mazda service dealership in Arlington serviced my car (front brakes replaced) properly and in a timely matter. I had my car back the same day. more

This mazda dealer in arlington has nice people and the best price on the mazda cx9. We looked around several other mazda dealers and decided to buy at arlington mazda. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. more
