Rosenberg Indoor Comfort 9/4/2018

Called Rosenberg Indoor Comfort on a Saturday and spoke to Korie. She took my information and called me back to let me know that technician Joey would be on the way. Joey came to my house soon after I called. He was curious and provided photos to help explain why my air conditioner wasn’t working. The cost was reasonable especially since it was the weekend. I will continue to use their services. more

HVAC preventive maintenance service 8/20/2018

John scheduled our preventive maintenance service and was very pleasant and efficient. Louis was the tech that performed the service. He was courteous, explained his process, and informed his findings throughout the process. I have been impressed with the professionalism of Rosenberg HVAC. I would recommend them highly for all HVAC services. more

Rosenberg Indoor Comfort--Great Customer Experience! 5/16/2018

We had them come out to give our AC a tune-up for the upcoming summer months. Great experience; suggestions were fully explained (no high-pressure sales offered), and our technician did a very thorough job. Courteous and took care to wear booties over his shoes in the house, to lock up the backyard gate when through, and to tidy up the area by the AC where he was working. more

Fast service! 5/15/2018

This was the first time we have used this company which was recommended to us by a family member who has previously used them. We really appreciated the same day service for a contactor replacement. Jesus G. identified the problem very quickly and our house was cooling again in no time. We will definitely use the company and Jesus G. again. Thanks! more

Review for Service Tech at Rosenberg Air 1/4/2018

In October we replaced our entire air/heating system. It has worked perfectly until earlier this week when the weather got extremely cold. The outside unit began to vibrate and make loud banging noises, so we shut it off and called Rosenberg which had installed the unit. A nice man named John took the call and advised that we would have a tech at our house between 10:00 and 2:00. Rosenberg tech Derrick Rogers arrived around 10:30 and quickly discovered the problem. He advised me that a part was needed and went to pick it up. A short time later he came back re-assembled the outside unit and tested it for several minutes, and it worked beautifully. Mr. Rogers was pleasant, professional and easy to communicate with. His worked was done right the first time, and we are very appreciative of his efforts. Thanks to Derrick and to Rosenberg for the excellent service. more

New Condensing Unit and Air Handler 8/2/2017

Jason Gonzalez and his helper Phillip installed a new Goodman Condensing Unit and Air Handler today in my Condo. They arrived right on time at 9am and worked nonstop until they finished installation at 6:30pm. Jason was very knowledgeable and meticulous in the work he preformed. After installation he made sure everything was working properly and left no mess behind. Rosenberg Indoor Comfort is an exceptional Company with exceptional employees. Joe Incardona who came to my home to give me the estimate was awesome as well and was spot on with his recommendation. Thank You! Joey Fisher more
