Most Compassionate Vet Staff Around 12/26/2006

The Vets and staff at Rosemont are great. When my dog needed to be in an oxygen room, one of the vets brought her down to the emergency vets for overnight and then brought her back up the next morning. Now this vet had a baby she had to take with her and it was her day off. If you know of someone else that would do that, I would be amazed. I've been part of their family since 1982 with our first puppy. They laugh with your wonderful moments and cry and hold your hand for the most difficult decisions. They have NEVER let me down. Pros: Kindness, cleaniness, bright people Cons: Parking, but they are moving to a place that has better parking. more

Outstanding! 1/16/2006

I just moved to the area and needed a vet when one of the three cats developed an eye infection. Not only was the vet fanastic and personable, the office staff was kind, caring and friendly. Their rates are reasonable and they have special package deals for senior cats on teeth cleaning plus a full exam. They're even handling my pet insurance claim for me! I'm making appointments for the other two kitties ASAP! Pros: Caring, Professional, Reasonable rates Cons: Weekday hours more

Wonderful Dr. 12/13/2005

My dog was almost put down twice. Thanks for the wonderful love of the doctor, he was able to save him. Both times, the doctor knew of my financial hardship, and did not charge us a dime. more

Tigers & Lions & Bears, oh my....... 6/24/2002

Okay really mostly dogs & cats. But this animal hospital is one of the best in La Crescenta. I know the main focus is on the animals that are brought in but they also have a great bedside manner for the parents, I mean owners, of those animals. I spent the night worrying about my 9 yr old ""puppy"" and even had terrible dreams about having to 'put him down'. When I arrived at the vet the next morning they understood what I put myself through and were right there to ease my fears and proceed to take care of my dog. Yes, they are expensive but not anymore then any other vet. Plus the staff is so kind and caring it makes it not so bad when I pull out the credit card.
