Roseland Apizza

I went there for the first time after hearing their pizza was THE best. I am hard-of-hearing and I went in to order pizza to go since I can't use the phone. First of all, as soon as I walked in, there were three waitstaffs walking around and didn't acknowledge me standing there waiting(they saw me but didnt make the slightest attempt to ask if I needed anything). After 5 minutes of patiently waiting, I was directed to the order window in the back. The woman there said what, you can't use the phone? I said that's right, so can I please order? 20 minutes passes and I go back to pick it up and when I asked for the total, she said something I didn't understand so I asked her to repeat herself and she flippantly said, ""Shes SO stupid!"" No one deserves to feel less than others for something they cannot help, which my case, I can't help the fact I can't hear. It's a shame she had to cross the line of rude into disrespectful. Maybe she hates her life. After that brutal encounter, I tried the pizza at home and it was THE best. Unless you know them, I guess you can't expect them to give you the respect you deserve when you just want to order food. Watch out for the Roseland Apassholes! more

This is a valley legend and landmark and one positive they are always busy. Besides this we had given up on this place years ago. For some reason we decided lets try it again. Now we know why we don't go there. The owner is rude. You can't eat there on the weekends and its too busy and service is semi slow and if you try to relax and have a dinner your pushed out the door. If you order to go they don't make your order until you get there. Their pizza is overpriced. You can get better in the Valley and simlar style, better customer service, and consistency from Roma Pizza less than a mile away! (and they don't wait till you get there to actual make your pizza)..... Pros: Valley Landmark Cons: service sevice service more

Been here B4 but this was last. After long wait (don't take reserv) we sat down & ordered. Other people sat down after us & were served B4 us. Waitress was rude. Waited 45 min. for pizza. Used excuse 'take-out's busy'. Aren't patrons sitting in rest. priority over people ordering take-out? Decided waitress didn't deserve tip. I went to restroom B4 leaving & waitress is outside looking for us. She asked me not to come to rest. if I don't want to wait. I tell her I understand wait but never 45 min. Salad & mush. pizza..$22. Overpriced & pizza is not that good. Funny how waitress had time to come outside & look for tip. Maybe she should worry about waiting on people instead of looking for a tip not deserved. Think they forgot to make pizza, which she should've just told us instead of lying saying take-out's busy! Cons: Over Priced, Horrible Parking, Rude Wait staff more
