Situated on the corner of Harrodsburg Road and Lane Allen/Rosemont, across the street from a Shell station, Roseanna's Grill includes a grill, retro soda fountain, bakery, and coffee shop, and regularly hosts live bluegrass bands. It's current location used to be a Rexall drug store, which opened there in 1952, and has the nostalgic feel of a fifties soda fountain, with the long, wide counter and menu of traditional American foods: hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, chili, bean soup & cornbread, Campbells Tomato and Chicken Noodle soups, french fries, tater tots, home fries, onion rings, homemade macaroni and cheese, homemade potato salad, Anna's Famous Pies (whole or by the slice), home baked cakes (whole or by the slice), fruit cobblers, ice cream cones in four flavors (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and chocolate chip mint), ice cream sodas, milk shakes, root bear floats, banana splits, and breakfast served any time of day. Lots of inexpensive side items to choose from to mix and match your own classic American deli meal, for breakfast, lunch or supper. "Where the music is fine and the pie sublime." Catering services available.
