I've been to Rose Nails a few times and have always been pretty happy with the way my manicures have turned out. However, I had not such a good experience the day before my wedding. I went in with my mom and 3 friends for manis & pedis. I reluctantly decided to get acrylics. The woman doing my nails made them longer and more squared off than I wanted. The two hands had different lengths. I asked her to shorten them and round them off more. She kept telling me I didn't want them round - Sorry, I though I was the one who got to decided what I wanted. She reluctantly adjusted them a BIT but not to what I wanted.
Once I left here and went over to the pedicure chair with another person I knew she and the other ladies were talking about me. The constant chatter in their native language was just plain rude. I know it was about me because it would be in her languange and then she would periodically interject "round" into the sentence. I was incredibly offended. I was paying her to do my nails the way I wanted and here she was not doing it AND criticizing me right in front me.
The other problem that day was that although each of us had very, very similar services we were each charged a totally different price. It seemed to depend on what the woman was feeling like at the time we went to pay. And none of us paid what was on the sign.
I will never go back. The may do a good job on the nails but they were rude, unprofessional and had questionable charging practices.
