Andrea did a wonderful job on Saturday. Not only did she do a great job on my hair and nails but she went out of her way to relax me from a very hectic week. Thanks so much Andrea!

Worst

I didnt wash my hair for 2 days so I knew I was going to get it washed but she didnt wash it. I think it lookd greasy & too much spray. Style made me look old & was not hip. I did...

The salon/spa, owners, and staff are all fantastic! At my appointment last night there were 2 things I wanted to discuss with Andrea and when I got there she had already made notes on my client sheet about those very same things! I was so impressed that she actually prepared for my appointment - it was all about me! Thanks Andrea fo the new "fall" look! more

Every time I go to RCG they make me feel comfortable with whatever service(s) I choose. That's why I continue to go back and always refer them to others. RCG is the only salon that I have ever been to where they truly care about their customers needs & feelings. more

I was really nervous about finding a great hair stylist since we are new to town. I have had some bad hair experiences in the past....to my relief Melissa did my hair even better than the regular person i had been seeing in my previous city! I love my haircut and style and the service was awesome. I love this place. more

Enjoyed my experience at Rose Colored Glasses. I wanted a different color and I got it. If I am in Manitowoc again I would come back to your salon. Everyone is very professional. The hand massage and the neck massage is great very relaxing. more

I love all the extras like the scalp massage, hand massage, lip gloss. Really adds to the value of my experience. Plus, everyone at the salon always goes the extra mile to provide top quality service. Andrea always has new ideas and gives lots of tips. Love my cut and highlights, too! Great salon! more

Friendly faces the moment you walk in. Offering you a beverage, making sure you are pampered and comfortable. Aroma therapy, relaxing massage before haircuts and complimentary mini make-up after. Make ahead appointments and receiving appointment reminder calls/emails. Explaining how to duplicate the new hair-do on our own. Competitive pricing. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?! Awesome Haircut! 8/18/2011

I needed something new to get me out of my rut. I don't color my hair so it's all up to the style/cut to stand out. Melissa did an EXCELLENT job styling and cutting my hair. I brought some pictures and had some changes we spoke about and she cut it perfectly. Nothing but compliments even from the painfully honest people (my husband). Your staff is always helpful and the environment is relaxing an unintrusive. Thanks again!! more
