The old adage say that pizza is pizza, and even when it’s bad pizza, it’s still pizza. But if you want very good pizza, go to Rosa’s. Rosa’s is one of the most well-known Pizza traditions in Queens. It offers some of the best pizza around and great, reasonably priced dinner dishes as well. The garlic knots are big and the home-made marinara sauce is nearly perfect. Rosa’s also has really big salads and wonderful specialty pizza, like Grandma’s, Chicken Caesar and Ravioli that you can order by the slice. The dining room has plenty of tables, but most patrons usually order pies to take out. The line for ordering food is often long, but well worth the wait. Parking on 69th street is usually difficult, but, again, worth it.
