Rosa Park Circle is another free and fun place for you and your family to go. they have concerts during the summer. I know Thursday nights (maybe it was Wednesday nights) was/is Blues Night. In the winter they offer ice skating and even better skate rental is FREE. With high gas prices, all the fun and free things you can find to do in Michigan, this is one of the good ones! more

Ice Skating Under the Stars 8/16/2005

Rosa Parks Circle is a great place to go and have fun in the winter. It is open to everyone for ice skating. THere is a small building you can go in to get warm and they do rent ice skates as well. It is located right in the middle of a quaint shopping district with many little restaurants and coffee shops. So this winter get out and enjoy ice skating under the stars! more

Oudoor Ice Skating 8/15/2005

Rosa Parks Circle is an outdoor ice skating rink in downtown Grand Rapids. It's a refrigerated rink, and is open for most of the winter (mid-November through February). Ice skates are available for rental for a small fee. There are a few coffee shops within walking distance from the rink - perfect for warming up after a cold night on the ice. Check it out! more
