We had some drains that clogged up, and Rooter Man of WA did the work promptly and politely! We are satisfied with their service. They seemed to be reliable and professional!

Diverter Valve 6/26/2012

While Mr. Rotos availability is high his ethical standards are another story. He was called out for a diverter valve problem that took 5 minutes to fix with parts totaling $15 and ended up costing $300. All he did was unscrew the tub faucet and replace it and at the end of the job facetiously stated "you pay for expertise...and if you have questions and want to save money just ask" of course this was after he knowingly charged $300 for a 5 minute job. Knowledgeable plumber but still plumbing for morals. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! more

There's not a whole lot to tell. I problems with the water, specifically a water leak with the shutoff valve, so I called Rooter Man and they came. They came on a weekend, on Sunday specifically, and they took care of business. Edwin Gonzalez more

The plumber was very friendly and obviously had years of experience. He explained every step as he was doing it. He diagnosed the problems quickly and made the repairs with minimal removal of drywall. The only negative - I wish he would have cleaned up the mess before leaving. It also cost more than I expected but not more than his estimate. more

I have used Rooter Man of Puyallup 10 times at various properties for sewer and dishwasher drain issues. They have always responded in a timely manner...day, night, weekend or holiday. The knowledge level of their plumbers is very high. Rob Hanson who owns the company is an outstanding individual with a high degree of integrity. more

Wonderful Experience 5/10/2010

Friendly, honest and professional service. Rooter man came to fix a leaky toilet and even though the job was small treated me with patience and respect. There were a few other items I was concerned about and he was able to fix them by tightening or securing my plumbing fixtures at no charge. more

Rooter Man was great. They showed up right away, gave me multiple options for fixing my piping problems, and were not pushy at all. When I went with one of the options they came the very next day and finished in record time. The entire process was very painless. They told me ahead of time how much everything would cost, and were very upfront about the process. They did a total replacement and everything works great. I would definitely call them again. more
