I have great memories of my sister and I getting sugar cookies at Root-A-Bakers. We were attending Morehead State University at the time. Now, with my job, I often get to pass through Morehead and I ALWAYS stop in for a cookie. Pros: EVERYthing is great! Cons: over an hour drive from my home :-( more

Best Sugar cookies EVER!! 10/18/2006

Great homemade baked goods and great service from Lana and her team! I would get married again just so she could do my cake! Worth the trip to the area to pick up some goodies, they have it all, cookies and cakes and even seasonal goodies as well. Pros: The sunroom in the bakery is a great spot for lunch! Cons: Not closer to my house! more
