My brother and his wife recently retired and spent a few days with us. We toured the arsenal and were looking for a place to eat lunch when we spotted Rooster's. We decided to take check it out.
The ambiance is terrific, the menu offers many great choices, and the food is top notch. The service was terrific and our coffee and pepsi glasses never got below half empty.
We stayed and chatted over 2 hours and the entire time the service never lacked and we never felt pressured to leave. In fact, when we were leaving the owner's wife said we were welcome to stay longer. My brother and wife are visiting again next month. Rooster's is our first day lunch stop!!
