Please be aware the Roosevelt is not a great place to live. I lived there for two years. During those two years management was horrible. They do not value their tenants or their concerns. The building itself needs a lot of maintenance, and unfortunately they force residents to pay a lot of money when there is a lot of work that needs to be done to most of the units. Conflicts included everything from no running water to flea infestation. Furthermore, if you are a minority, than you absolutely do not want to move in the Roosevelt. Management cares very little for us or our concerns. The property manager is horrible and she is incompetent. Please be aware, if you don?t believe me, find out for yourself, visit the property and just talk to any one of the tenants. Although the property is beautiful and it is a great location, do not be fooled, these people don't care about anything or anyone. Many of the tenants are leaving as a result of poor maintenance and because they are sick of conflicts with management. Save yourself from the headache, there are a lot of other wonderful properties to live in Atlanta, don't make the same mistake i did. It's not worth your time or your money. Again, if you don't belive me...just go up there. See for yourself!!
Pros: great location
Cons: poor management, racial profiling, descrimination,
