This is a great course. Very challenging with a few dog legs. Some fairways are very narrow and the rough means trees and bushes. good luck finding your ball if you hit it there, ...

Wonderful 2 hours of golf 8/28/2008

A wonderful 9 hole golf course with very interesting holes set in a mountain setting without any surrounding houses. It has no par 5's , but it does have several tricky par 4's. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and usually easy to get on. For 9 holes, residents pay 14.50. It also has a casual restaurant. Pros: beautiful setting, quiet relaxed atmosphere, interesting holes, great value Cons: not a regulation length course, slow play at times, not a big enough challenge for some more

Decent 9 Holes! 1/23/2007

This is a nice little track with a cool view on one of the later holes of the observatory. Not too tough but you can get yourself in trouble with an errant tee shot. Also a nice choice if you can't get on the terminally busy 18 holers down the street. Pros: Good Price. more

Great course 5/3/2006

This is a great course. Very challenging with a few dog legs. Some fairways are very narrow and the rough means trees and bushes. good luck finding your ball if you hit it there, not to mention that it's normally a moderate hike in there. Can be VERY crowded on Saturdays, Sundays are less crowded. No carts, so be ready to walk a fair distance. Great course and price though. Pros: Challenging, Beautiful, Fun Cons: Crowded, Hike more

A good challenging 9 hole course. The best aspect of this course is the fact that it's in the hills of Griffith Park. Lots of hills and valleys. Plenty of coyotes and rabbits. You do have to up for a good hike. No golf cars. more

good play on the cheap 6/10/2002

A good 9 holes, with six par fours. Some holes have decent distances with doglegs for a short course. Tucked in Griffith Park, weekday play is only $11.50. more
