I received terrible service here. \r \r Brought my car in on a Friday and was told that I would get a phone call the following Monday with an estimate. Didn't get a call on Monday, so I called them on Tuesday. I did not get any sort of acknowledgement or apology that they were supposed to call me the day before, and they told me that they would call me with any updates. I never got any calls about updates. Over the course of the next two weeks they never once initiated a phone call with me about the status of my vehicle and it was always me calling to check in, and them prolonging the process repeatedly.\r \r They told me my car would be ready by ""late next week"", but on the Friday of that week they said it might not be ready until Monday morning. Later that day they changed their answer to Monday evening. When I called Monday morning, they told me it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday evening.\r \r The whole experience has been extremely unreliable. The person that is supposed to be helping me and answering questions is Adam, but he has been of no help at all. A couple times I called and was told that he would call me back when he was available, but when I got calls back they weren't even from Adam himself, but from the receptionist.\r \r Unfortunately, I am extremely frustrated with this place and will never come back here again. more
