We had blind installed by them one year ago, and within days, we found out that they didn?t function properly, so we informed them immediately, and they promised someone will come out. Since nobody showed up, we kept on asking by emails and phone. For months, Sally Cassell used death in family as an excuse for their no show. After that she stopped responding to emails. Even though we had warranty for 1 year after installation, we didn?t get any help. Considering the poor quality of work, worst customer service, and all the hassles we had to go through, I would not recommend them at all.
