Jamie always goes 110% to accommodate all customers. Never have had any problems getting an appointment at my convenience.

Excellent, as always, service 9/17/2013

Once again, Jamie came through for us on "The Beast," the 15 year old Avalon which this time needed a new air/fuel sensor and oil pan. With almost no notice, he took the car and gave us a loaner. We got a heads up as soon as it was done and were updated along the way. Thanks, Jamie! more

Does not do work that is unneccessary 8/23/2013

I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my bill, they had not charged me for the tire rotation. When I asked, Jamie told me they looked at the tires and the wear was even and they said there was no reason to charge me for something not needed. more

Great Diagnostics 8/17/2013

13 yo Lexus needed inspection and sounded awful - I thought it was something else - but let them do inspection and tune up and it is running great again @ 155K miles - Paying $$ is always painful - but they fix what is wrong and don't keep you coming back for bogus stuff. Thank you :) more
