When I brought my Pickup in because it was having some problems I was expecting to have to pay quite a bit to get it fixed. They diagnosed the problem as a simple matter and little cost to repair. They also fixed a couple other little things they found that I didn't mention. Things I knew were broken but forgot about. They fixed them at a fair price also. They didn't seem to just look for things to fix to make more money. They only fixed things that are broken and really needed fixing. more

My previoius visit, I was told an oil change would be about $19.95. I was charged that amount. I quit Jiffy Lube because they always find something additional to charge you. On this visit, I was told the oil change would be about $19.95. Brought the car in and was driven to my work(Good). Got a call that I needed wipers and a break light bulb installed, and that would be $71.00. I understood that the $71 was to be the total cost-my misunderstanding. It seems to me that to install wiper blades and a light bulb for $71 is a little excessive. When I got home, I looked at the bill and the "Orgninal Estimate was $29.31 and not $19.95. In summary, I did need wipers and the bulb, just thought that expense was a little high. And I think I was charge about $10 more for the oil change. more

My daughter's car was towed there and they ran diagnostics on it. The repairs would have cost at least $6000 so we didn't have it repaired. They called me and also took the time to email a description of all of the things that were wrong with the vehicle. more
