people should know that u can't give an estimate over the phone.sounds like roel z.was trying to do just that.he was just being lazy and should have taken the car to the shop for a fast curteous,and free estimate.i have had only the best experiences with my repairs at rons.they are professional,and polite at all times.i would recommend them to all my family and friends. more

Jackasses on the phone 4/21/2010

My assistant just called these guys up (with the phone on speaker) to ask them for an estimate to repaint 6 panels of my newly keyed Porsche. The guy who answered was a complete jackass, and after telling me I could go somewhere else, hung up on me. My assistant agrees with me. I'll definitely never be using or referring them... more
