Ron's Auto Glass

I have had 4 rock chips repaired; two at where i work, and two at their shop. Both times at the shop they did them right away. I waited in a nice cool office on a hot day. The staff was friendly and polite and gave me a complementary bottle of water. They did all the insurance paper work. It was a great experience and I will defiantly go back. more

I've hired Ron's for all of my vehicles and home glass repairs. The most I have ever had to wait was one week and that was because a part had to be ordered. They are quick, professional and I highly recommend them to anyone in need any glass work. I'll never go anywhere else. more

Since they also do home windows & screens, I took in 2 typical (24"x51") window screens. Was told "it shouldn't cost too much, we'll call you when they're ready". (they would NOT commit to a price, I found out why) 3 months later they called, told me my 2 screens for repair came to $41.50 + tax. This amounts to $21.25 per screen for repair!!! Tyndall Hardware (while still in business) would repair for $8 each, & other businesses will make from scratch for about $15 (The Window Shop). Left them, since it'll be cheaper to have them made by The Window Shop. I couldn't believe it, 3 months to repair 2 window screens & then want me to pay $41.50 for them!!! They might be acceptable for insurance work, but for straight "out of pocket" repairs, NOT RECOMMENDED!!! more
