Great Dentist 10/23/2008

I have been a patient of Dr. Ray since the opening of his Ashburn practice. I have always felt comfortable with Dr. Ray and his staff, they are totally professional. The office is clean and the staff friendly. I have continued to go to Dr. Ray's office even after moving my family to Prince William County several years ago. It is an hour's drive but I feel it is worth it for me and my family.\r \r He always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and answers all of my questions. Dr. Ray definitely goes above and beyond to give his full attention to the patient. He has made suggestions for cosmetic changes but has left that decision to me. He is never a hard sell. I have always been completely satisfied with his work and highly recommend Dr. Ray and his staff to anyone. more

A Really Great Dentist, A Really Great Office 6/10/2008

I have been going to Dr. Ray for a few years now, and each time I visit his office, I feel like I was with a real pro. He is a dentist that not only cares about my teeth and their well-being, but someone who treats me very respectfully. He takes the time to fully explain what is or needs to be done and always takes all the time necessary to fully host all of my questions. I never feel that I was rushed and I never feel that any question was too little. Even while filling my cavities, he gives me the play by play so I know what is happening every step of the way. His work is always done well and on a timely fashion. Aside from that, he and his staff are extremely friendly and the minute you walk into the office doors, you realize that you are going to the right dentist. They are true professionals. more

AN OUTSTANDING DENTIST WHO CARES 4/7/2008

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Ray since mid-year 2002 and have been repeatedly amazed. His staff is very friendly and I am comfortable going to his practice for routine maintenance and checkups. In the few instances when I have been in need immediate attention, Dr. Ray has personally taken a proactive approach to managing pain and resolving the problem as fast as possible. I highly recommend Ronald Ray DDS PC to anyone. more

Went to Dr. Rays office starting in 2002 and had quite a bit of work done in his office. The end result is not something I'd wish on my enemy. I'm very upset at the outcome and I'm financially, emotionally and physically upset about the follow-on work that a different dentist is now doing to correct the situation. The new dental work that's being done is approximately 29K and I feel Dr. Ray should have stepped up to the plate initally and corrected the problem before it got to this point.\r \r I would NOT recommend Dr. Ray to any patient that requires intense dental treatment. He seems to go around the bases and never reaches home base. It's sad but TRUE. \r \r Is a Peer Review something that's needed. That may be part of my recovery. more
