I've been really unimpressed at the way doctors and dentists treat their patients. They give you an appointment time and then you end up waiting over an hour. That was what happened at my dentist's office when I had a dental emergency. Fortunately, I was referred by them to Horne and Associates. Gloria answered my call and was able to tell me all the information my regular dentist's office couldn't be bothered to. She even took the time to explain the cost involved and what I needed to know about my insurance. She's a real asset to the clinic.
Pros: Professional, courteous, timely, friendly...
Cons: You still have to pay? :) None. No cons. All good.
