I am always dazzled at the wonderful and efficient service I always receive at this agency, and it is consistent, uncommon in this world of "Fast" everything. You are all to be congratulated. It may sound a bit strange but next to my wife my Benz is my best friend. It takes me to work safely each day then back home and provides all the amenities and good operation I expect from more

I had a very good service experience at Rosner's. I have consistently been pleased with the friendly staff and their patience in answering all my questions. When I dropped my car off and when I picked it up, my husband and I both spoke at length with the service person. All our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction...It says a lot about the caliber of your service department and about the level of your concern for your customers. I will continue to use your service department and will recommend it to all my friends. more
