I appreciate the fact they had my car ready by noon on the day they worked on my car as I needed it. Friendly folk - Ron, mechanics and receptionist.

Fast, dependable and thorough! 4/19/2013

My most recent visit was for a pre-sale checkup of a car I'm buying. Ron, Matt and Mike looked at everything - this was not a casual inspection. They discovered that one of the bulbs illuminating the license plate was out - how thorough is that!? I can close the deal knowing everything I need to know about the car, and also knowing that they will take great care of it for me in the coming years. more

Raimes is worth raving about! 4/9/2013

We are incredibly fortunate to have such knowledgeable, honest and helpful mechanics in Portola Valley. (I have had similar work done at a dealership for more money and done improperly.) In addition to the excellent work, they give me a ride to my home while the car is in the shop and pick me up when it is ready. I can't say enough about Raimes. more
