Rome Bath Remodeling

THE JOB IS EXCELLENT THEY DID A GREAT JOB . THEY NEED TO CLEAN BETTER , MY FRONT YARD WAS LEFT A MESS . I DIDNT SEE IT FOR A FEW WEEKS BECAUSE THE WEATHER WAS BAD HERE , SMALL SNOW STORMS KEEP EVERYTHING COVERED . WHEN WE HAD A WARM DAY LIKE LAST WEEK EVERYTHING MELTED AND THE SHAVINGS FROM THE CUTS WHERE ALL OVER THE PLACE . THEY ALSO NEED TO CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY SAY THERE GOING TO CALL HAD A SMALL REPAIR NOT A BIG DEAL , WAS TO GET A PHONE CALL EARLY IN THE MORNING TO LET ME KNOW IF THEY COULD MAKE IT . WELL WHEN I GOT THE CALL IT WAS AT 11:08 AM NOT 8 TO 9 AM LIKE I WAS TOLD SO I JUST CANCLED THE REPAIR AND FIXED IT MYSELF . IF YOU SAY YOUR GOING TO CALL AT CERTAIN TIME YOU MUST CALL NO EXCUSES . IN ALL THE JOB IS 100 AND I WOULD REFER RE-BATH , JUST NEED TO WORK SOME BUGS OUT THATS JUST MY OPINION WHEN YOU PAY $5,000.00 TO HAVE THE JOB DONE . THANK YOU more

wasn't exactly what we were expecting from what we had seen at the home show but the workmanship and product so far seem to be ok-I was disappointed because the doors that I had ordered were not the doors that came, but the guys very graciously offered to come back again if I didn't want these but we decided to just go with these. This shower stuck out further than we had planned which leads to a problem with space we were going to use behind the shower for storage so now remodeling has to move in a different direction, which is a snag we didn't expect- just minor problems we have to adjust for more

We were going to do some bathroom remodeling and got estimates from different companies. We liked Re-Bath's product and, after looking at the video on their process that was on their website, we decided to use them. They did everything they said they were going to do and they did it on time. They were professional, clean, and in-and-out in one day. We are over-the-top happy with them. They came 2 hours through a snowstorm to get here and never stopped working the entire day. We have had different contractors come in and out, and were really impressed with the work ethic of the Re-Bath crew. Everything looks fabulous. We would totally recommend them. more

The salesman that came out from Re-Bath Northeast was friendly as can be. He explained everything to the fullest, describing every little detail about the work they would do. He was not at all pushy, and didn't force us to buy anything. Re-Bath Northeast was quick to come in and put the tub in. The installers were professional, on time, very courteous, and very clean.
