The staff at this restaurant are very personalable, quck to serve, always have a smile are their face and extremely friendly. I eat at this restaurant at least once a week or order out, and have never had bad service or food even with parties over 15 people. I would definately recommend eating here. Horrible Service! We booked months in advance and it took over 4 Hours to get our food. Verona herself cared more about hitting on my groomsmen than giving us our food. They said they could handle a party of 35 but yet they were completely unorganized and unprepared. We even had already picked out the food 3 months in advance and they still served us like we had made no reservation. No one even apologized for the ridiculously slow service. By the time my guest finally got their desert no one wanted to eat it because they were so tired and just wanted to go home. The place is also very small, it looks like a crapy pizza joint and the bathrooms were disgusting. I had guests from all over, California, Seattle, New York and even Ireland and none of them had ever had such bad service. This restaurant really gave Texas a bad name. My guests now have a new meaning towards southern hospitality. Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid this place at all costs! more

It was over an hour before they served us bread and 2 and a half hours before any of us were served dinner. There were hardly any other guests there, and every party that arrived after us finished eating before we were served food. This restaurant gets wedding rehearsal dinners all of the time and ruined my friend's rehearsal dinner. Our party had a reservation months in advance, and the bride restricted the menu to a few select items. They knew how many people were coming and what we were going to eat. There was more than an ample amount of waitstaff available. There was no excuse for the lack of service we had during our visit, and the management was unapologetic.
