Best thin crust pizza, anywhere! 5/8/2010

I've dined at almost every Italian restaurant in the Des Plaines - O'Hare airport area and I've got to say that Romano's Restaurant has the very best thin crust pizza I've ever had. Their pasta dishes, espically the lasagna, are just awesome. The service is polite and attentive. This is a family owned business and has been in Des Plaines for over 57 years. Best CT style Pizza in Chicago area 8/16/2006

Their pizza crust is thin, crispy and tasty. Great fresh tomato puts the zest into the toppings. Big surprise. Friends brought us here and told us how good the pizza is, and having been to Wooster street in New Haven, CT several times, Tony's and John's in Manhattan and Amore in Brooklyn...I'm spoiled, and ddin't believe them. Pros: Great Pizza, worth driving some distance more
