from Susan T: I had booked a weekend away, and on the way we had an incident in customs (it was my fault....my proper id had been lost along the way, and i didnt notice until I was checking through customs!). We were turned away and sent back. It was disappointing...but all my fault anyway. BUT, Gail worked SO hard with us and the hotels to get us a new place to stay IN the country, AND to get us our money back from the hotel we had booked to begin with! It was a disaster that turned out to be a wonderful weekend all due to Gail and her expertise! Thank you so much!!
